Telephone orders will be taken from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., EST Monday, through Thursday. Do not leave messages because we do not check for messages. The people manning these lines at these times will be unable to do anything other than take telephone orders. We usually have only one person answering telephone calls but we have two telephone lines coming in, which means that if your call isn't answered at these times, that person is on the other line. We don't work on weekends, holidays, or the week between Christmas and New Years Day.

If you are unable to get through to us, email us at harpdepot01@yahoo.com, and include your telephone number, and we will call you back. This is the most effective way to contact us. We do not check for telephone messages, but we do check our emails several times daily.

For matters other than orders, email us at harpdepot01@yahoo.com, and include your name, telephone number, order number, email address, name of the website where you placed the order, and, if possible, a copy of the order. This information will speed up the process a great deal. We only accept complaints and follow-ups this way.

We prefer email communication, as opposed to telephone communication. With our switch to a new host and our switch from Cold Fusion to HTML, we have also switched to big and well established email systems providers.
